STEP 6: FINALIZATION (Bancontact, debit card, hipay account, Mastercard, visa, …)
・ Choose your credit card type,
・ Enter your card number,
・ Enter the last 3 digits of the number on the back of your credit card,

・ Validate your data or click “Cancel” to return to the previous page.
In any case, we reserve the right to refuse any order or delivery in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, of total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the customer, of refusal of authorization for payment by bank card, of non-payment or partial payment, of use of a bank card or other means of payment not issued by a financial institution. The responsibility of IRIS ART FLORAL will in no case be incurred in this capacity. We also reserve the right to cancel any order without reason mentioned above, subject to the refund of the amount paid by the customer at his last order.
We are committed to fulfilling orders received within available stocks. In case of unavailability, we will inform the customer as soon as possible, and we will refund within 3 days.
CONTRACT OF USE

CANCELATION AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
Any flower order can be canceled up to one business day before the desired delivery date. It is therefore imperative to indicate the order number in question at the time of your request.
Beyond this period, a cancelation of an order can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances. In such a case we do not guarantee the refund of the value of the order.

If your application is eligible for a cancelation, we will refund you within one month.
